Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation (ABN 37 882 212 480) (RBWHF) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and their personal information and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

- RBWHF will collect your personal information directly from you. In certain circumstances, RBWHF may be required to collect personal information from third parties, depending on the nature of your enquiry.

- to process any donation or fundraising activity you submit to us through our website (including without limitation payment processing, charging refunds (if applicable), credit card authorisation and verification);
- to contact you and provide you with information in relation to your donation or fundraising;
- to offer you updates, discounts, or other content or products and services that may be of interest to you and to provide you with direct marketing communications from us or our related entities and associates (using direct mail, telemarketing, email, SMS and MMS messages);
and you acknowledge and agree to your personal information being collected and used for, and in connection with, these purposes and any other purpose described in our Privacy Policy.
- If we do not collect this personal information in connection with the purposes in paragraph 3, then:
- RBWHF will be unable to process your donation or fundraising activity, or supply you with information in relation to your donation or fundraising activity; and
- we will be unable to send you direct marketing communications (unless you have consented to such communications through your other dealings with RBWHF).
- Your personal information may be disclosed to the following classes of people and organisations in connection with the purposes in paragraph 3:
- Third parties connected with the donation or fundraising process including ecommerce, payment gateway providers and financial institutions;
- third party service providers including without limitation marketing service providers, IT service providers, contractors and sales consultants and other parties who assist us in providing our services to you;
- RBWHF its personnel and any related entities;
- Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and other hospitals in the Queensland health system, as required from time to time; and
- any other organisation as expressly covered in our Privacy Policy.
- It is possible that some of the information collected may be disclosed to RBWHF’s related body corporate or service providers outside of Australia. You consent to your information being disclosed to a destination outside Australia for this purpose, including but not limited to the United States, New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland and you understand and acknowledge that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to such disclosures of your personal information.
- RBWHF’s Privacy Policy sets out the process as to how you can access and correct any of your personal information collected under this form as well as to how you can make a complaint if RBWHF has breached the Privacy Act in the handling of your personal information. By continuing to submit your donation or fundraising activity via this website, you indicate that you have read this collection notification and acknowledge that your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with this collection notice and as otherwise detailed in RBWHF’s Privacy Policy and, to the extent it is necessary, that you give your voluntary express consent to RBWHF collecting, using, storing, disclosing and disposing of your personal information in this manner.
